The Wolverines wrapped up their regular season with a home victory over Geneva on Tuesday night by a score of 8-0. West Geauga got off to a great start with sophomore Frankee Flesher and senior Nicola Ehrbar both getting two goals apiece inside the opening ten minutes of play. It didn’t take long for Frankee to complete her hat-trick, which came courtesy of a great assist from Junior Riley Spryn with just under half an hour gone. The Wolverines would add two more before halftime, with Nicola Ehrbar assisting senior Bailey Zanella and sophomore Zoe Cowles to make the score 7-0 at the break. West G controlled the ball for the majority of the game and did an excellent job finishing their scoring chances. The last goal of the game would come from senior Elsa Morton, who finished a great cross from sophomore Megan McGinnis. The Wolverines begin their post season run with a home game against Harvey on Monday night.
